A variant of the Monkey Paw in a way, so many stories and films with variants I lost track of what was the origin. Mainly something to make a wish with and that goes completely wrong. Not the real stuff to jump up in excitement anymore. Add to that rather boring and pretty much unininteresting characters, poor acting, quite a few cinematic flaws, especially in the continuation department and we are heading for a foul stinker (MEOW! ). But as predictable many things were, some jumpscares managed to rock the theater a few times and some gore was also in place. I liked the ending a bit so the stink was fading a bit and I can give a 4.

Hallo allerseits,
das war ein Horrorfilm aus gut abgehangenen der „Be careful what you wish for”-Schublade, aber mit einer recht originellen Prämisse, mir ging das Opfer des Wunsches auch nicht so sehr auf die Nerven wie anderen, sondern sie machte ihre „Sache“ eigentlich gut – Das Ende allerdings war schon zur Mitte die Films für mich klar absehbar und bot dann auch das Erwartete. Vor mir gibt es dafür eine „Drei“
