What he has in abundance is persistance, and this persistence is what drives the talkative, humorous proceedings of "Norman" the first english-language film by the New York native Joseph Cedar, who moved as a child to Israel but returned to college in New York before starting his career as a filmmaker back in Israel. He already won a "Silberner Bär" at the Berlin film festival, and was nominated for the foreign-language "Ocars" in 2012.
