What can be said about Roland Emmerich that hasn't been said a thousand times before? "Moonfall" is the latest sci-fi/disaster movie blend by the German filmmaker, and it once again deals with large-scale destruction of the planet, with aliens(?), with conspiracies (which of course - spoiler alert! - turn out to be absolutely true), plus a bunch of other things which he tackled before in films like "Independence Day", "Godzilla", "The Day After Tomorrow", or "2012". Here's the trailer:
How did you like this film, which got co-financed by a bunch of companies from all over the planet (in Germany, Leonine co-funded the movie)? How did you like the story (which seemed strangely familiar)? And how did you enjoy the performances by the leads Berry, Wilson, and Bradley, plus a boatload of other characters (which didn't get all that much to do)? Please tell us your thoughts about "Moonfall" in a reply to this post.
